FieldHero.in is a job portal service developed and provided by APEXA HR Services Pvt. Ltd.

The User undertakes to use FieldHero.in for his/her own purpose only. By registering, you accept that you are entering into a contract with us based on these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions stated below, please refrain from using FieldHero.in and write back to us asking us to remove your details from FieldHero.in portal.

• The user has given his/her consent to APEXA HR Services Pvt. Ltd. to upload his/her details on the FieldHero.in portal, which will be visible to various companies in India and abroad. User’s data will be used by different companies for recruitment purpose, with company’s directly contacting them for their requirements.
• The user expressly states that the resume or information being fed into the portal of FieldHero.in is correct and complete in all respects and does not contain any false, distorted, manipulated, fraudulent or misleading facts.
• The user shall not upload, post, transmit, publish, or distribute any material or information that is unlawful, or which may potentially be perceived as being harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• The user will comply with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, export control laws, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
• We respect the intellectual property rights of others. We require that information posted by User should be accurate and not in violation of the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.
• The user shall not create profile showing political or illegal material. User s agrees not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that they have no authority to use.
• The user will keep FeildHero.in informed about any change in their e-mail address, contact numbers and contact addresses. It will be user’s responsibility to keep his/her information updated, related to job change, new skills and qualifications acquired.

APEXA HR Services Pvt. Ltd. or its Agents do not charge any money to the user for uploading his/her data on FieldHero.in portal. The companies, which may offer him/her any job, will also not charge any money.

APEXA HR Services Pvt Ltd does not cater to Placement Agencies and consultancies. We will not be liable for any payments made to Placement Agencies/ Consultancies.

APEXA HR Services Pvt Ltd will make best efforts to do so but does not warrant that any of the web sites or any affiliate site(s) or network system linked to it is free of any operational errors nor does it warrant that it will be free of any virus, computer contaminant, worm, or other harmful components.

APEXA HR Services Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notification. These Terms will be subject to Indian Law and the jurisdiction of Indian Courts.
